I have been in business in the Quad Cities since 2005 after relocating with my family from Bozeman, MT to take advantage of milder weather. As a Washington State Licensed Home Inspector, I have always offered honest and thorough inspections in WA and ID in order to give clients information to make an informed decision on their purchase. Offering a common sense approach to inspections helps clients know that all issues can be addressed, and that inspections do not have to be “scary”.

Offering efficiency during the inspection process, and building knowledge and an inspection template over my many years of experience will help the real estate transaction move efficiently. I have also added services such as becoming a FAA licensed drone pilot to help insure a more thorough and efficient inspection.
